Job Summary

• We currently seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager - Adhesives and Grout to lead the sales team to new heights.
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.

Qualification / Skills required to fill this role

• Minimum of Bachelors degree in Marking or related field, Masters is a plus
• Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have experience as a sales manager in the Tiles industry
• Must have persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to drive new business by signing up new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of architectural work including planning, design development, and execution of construction projects.
• Take project briefs to identify client needs and prepare feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Develop schematic drawings, presentation drawings, 3D renders, and final construction documents.
• Control project progress from concept to completion, ensuring quality, functionality, and innovation.
• Produce detailed blueprints and specifications, ensuring adherence to building codes and standards.
• Manage budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Conduct site visits to review project progress and report findings.
• Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Stay current with architectural trends, design technologies, and sustainable practices.
• Research and apply creative solutions to improve design efficiency and aesthetics.

Qualifications

• M.Sc Degree in Architecture from a reputable university
• Experience: Total: 2years post NYSC
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred: Additional certification in Building Information Modelling (BIM) or related design software
• Relevant: Experience in architectural design, documentation, and site coordination
• Prior experience with architectural consulting firms is an added advantage.

Remuneration

• Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly (based on experience and skill level).
