    Training Officer

    We are currently in search of a vibrant experienced Training Admin Officer to manage a market research academy in Lagos. The Ideal candidate must have minimum of 4 years working experience working as a training coordinator and have knowledge of Market Research Industry.
    Job Description;

    • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
    • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training facilitator to develop and deliver training.
    • Carry out administrative function of the institute
    • Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
    • Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
    • Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
    • Market training programs by reaching out to target audience
    • Manage various training for the organization
    • Give report of all training achieved
    • Meet with prospective stakeholders to sell the objective of the academy and various training programs
    • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.

    Admininistrative Officer

    • Planning and budgeting for day to day operational effectiveness in conjunction with the relevant project managers.
    • Management of petty cash, ensuring that all payments and accountabilities meet the required standards.
    • Procurement of office and other supplies for the facilities in line with set procurement procedures.
    • Inventory management for all facility assets.
    • Motor vehicle scheduling and management
    • Supervision and management of stores
    • Responsibility for guest management, overseeing the activities and maintenance of the office.
    • Supervision and evaluation of service providers’ performance.
    • Works with the maintenance technicians in ensuring good care of all buildings and facilities at the project.

    Requirement:

    • BSC/ HND in related studies.
    • Salary: #120,000-#150,000

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Here is an outline of the functions this position will perform on a regular basis, how the job functions within the organization and who the job reports to:
    • Develop and implement our HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of our organization.
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues as they arise.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
    • Support our current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of the organization human capital.
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
    • Nurture a positive working environment.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Competence:

    • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
    • People oriented and results driven.
    • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

    Skills/Competence

    • A minimum qualification of a first Degree in Human Resource, Administration, Management and relevant work experience.
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly account report.
    • Prepare end -to -end management report
    • Prepare organizational wide budget by working with each department. Ensure adherence to financial control of the organization
    • Ensure compliant to International Financial Reporting standard.
    • Knowledge of SME business operation  Financial Advisory to the Management.
    • Prepares Account receivables and payables. Required: -
    • Worked directly with a CEO/MD -Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Accountant -Age: 30-35 years
    • Salary: 200k-250k
