    Health and Safety Executive Personnel

    Are you passionate about promoting safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance in building and construction operations? Join a dynamic and fast-growing construction company where your expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management will play a critical role in safeguarding people, assets, and the environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and review HSE and Security policies, procedures, and standards in line with local and international regulations.
    • Provide strong HSE leadership to promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.
    • Conduct HSE risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement effective risk mitigation measures.
    • Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented.
    • Oversee security management systems to safeguard personnel, assets, and facilities.
    • Develop, maintain, and coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and preparedness activities.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report HSE performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure environmental protection and sustainability practices that minimize operational impact.
    • Plan and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
    • Conduct site inspections, audits, regulatory reporting, and collaborate with operations and other departments to integrate HSE into all activities.

    ​​​​​​​Education and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management or a related field.
    • A Master\'s degree or professional certifications (NEBOSH, ISO 14001, or similar) is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE & Security management, in the upstream oil and gas sector or energy sector.
    • Proven experience leading HSE initiatives, security management and emergency response planning.
    • Knowledge of relevant HSE regulations, safety standards and security protocols.

    Logistics & Procurement Officer

    BUDGET N300,000 - 400,000

    About the Role:

    The Procurement and Logistics Officer is responsible for ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to construction sites. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and resolving logistics-related issues.

    KEY RESULT AREA 

    • Work with the site engineer to ensure timely ordering of raw materials so that we meet the production timeline.
    • Identify the needs, purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee organisational efficiency.
    • Build and manage relationships with vendors and partners 
    • Keep a detailed database of suppliers, vendors and partners 
    • liaise and negotiate with suppliers and delivery partners 
    • Work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.
    • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
    • Direct and coordinate the full order cycle; from ordering to delivery
    • Oversee finished goods stock, and provide reports on stock available and low stock
    • Respond to queries as regards late deliveries and liaise with the delivery partner to resolve such queries 
    • Meet a 90% timely delivery of orders per organisations promise to clients 
    • Give daily, weekly and monthly reports of activities, cost of delivery and process efficiency

    REQUIREMENT 

    • Minimum of Bsc/HND in related field  
    • Minimum 4 years core in supply chain/ logistics role 
    • Proficient in Microsoft office and reporting tools.
    • Stays around Yaba, Ikeja and environs

    • Outstanding communication ability
    • Excellent organisational and negotiation skills 
    • Attention to detail and proactive in problem solving
