• Our client seeks an exceptional Retail Manager to lead their Ikoyi store team. As a key member of our management team, you will drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and showcase our high-end fashion products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales growth
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
• Analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales strategies
• Maintain store displays, ensuring luxury brand standards
• Process sales transactions, handling cash and card payments
• Manage inventory, minimizing stock discrepancies
• Implement loss prevention measures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years luxury retail management experience (fashion industry preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and inventory management software
• Female candidates preferred
• Residence in Ikoyi, Yaba, Gbagada, or Surulere highly desirable
