    Sales Lead

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
    • Conduct property tours and provide information on market conditions.
    • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve the best outcome for clients.
    • Stay informed about real estate market trends and property values.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for selling properties.
    • Utilize online and offline channels to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
    • Build and expand a network of real estate contacts, including other agents, brokers, and industry professionals.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in real estate sales is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
    • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
    • Familiarity with real estate contracts and legal processes.
    • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

    Accountant

    • We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team and manage the company’s financial records and transactions. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including financial report balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
    • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
    • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
    • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
    • Provide financial guidance for the company’s projects and investments, including real estate transactions.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g. Zoho Accounting Software).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Solid understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance.
    • Knowledge on preparing Management report.
