    Human Resources Operations Officer

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for assisting various units in the HR Operations to support the identification and development of process excellence across various aspects including HR Policy, Projects, Information management, HR Transactional and Analytic people related services or other HR systems.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Social Sciences.
    • ACPM, SPHRI & SHRM
    • Minimum of five (5) years' experience or proven work experience as a HR Operations Officer.

    Rewards Coordinator

    b Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Social Sciences or any other related field.
    • CIPM, HRCI, SHRM, CIPD etc.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Civil Engineering or Science Related Course
    • COREN, NSE
    • A minimum of Ten (10) years QA/QC working experience in Oil and Gas industry.

    Skills and Competencies:

    Procurement / Warehouse Coordinator

    Requirements

    • Minimum of First Degree / HND in any accredited University / Polytechnic.

    Experience:

    Material Management Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Checks and verifies materials from vendors with delivery Waybills/ Purchase Orders
    • Maintains the DMI sheet and update the material status
    • Taking deliveries of back loaded materials from project sites and ensuring good preservation
    • Responsible for keeping traceability of project materials
    • Assist material officers in updating records in SAP for real time inventory
    • Carry out periodic inventory of materials.
