    Hotel Manager

    Job Vacancy

    • We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and service-oriented Hotel Manager to oversee operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage staff performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the guest houses
    • Manage hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
    • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hospitality regulations
    • Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and increase profitability
    • Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk operations
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
    • Develop marketing strategies to increase occupancy and brand visibility
    • Prepare reports and present performance metrics to management.

    Requirements

    • HND or B.Sc Degree in Hospitality Management, in any recognized institutions

    Trainee, Hospitality & Hotel Management

    Job Summary

    • We are offering a structured Trainee program in Hospitality and Hotel Management for motivated individuals looking to build a successful career in hotel operations and guest service.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in front office operations such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
    • Support the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and room readiness standards

    Housekeeper / Room Steward

    Responsibilities

    • Clean and service guest rooms daily according to company standards, including changing bed linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
    • Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized, including toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, and mirrors.
    • Replenish towels, toiletries, and other room supplies as needed.
    • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
    • Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
    • Respect guest privacy and follow procedures for entering occupied rooms.
    • Follow all safety, security, and hygiene protocols.
    • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly, professional service.
    • Collaborate with other housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure seamless operations.
    • Ensure lost and found items are turned in and recorded properly.

    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate must have GEC/SSCE certificate
    • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, and lifting
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Trustworthy and reliable

    Waiter / Waitress

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome guests and provide outstanding table service in our restaurant, lounge, or event spaces
    • Present menus, explain specials, and answer any questions about food and beverage offerings
    • Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
