Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and oversee a marketable and profitable Spa business while meeting/exceeding financial goals
• Leads a Corporate Spa team of 2 and Regional Field team
• Monitor quality of service in F&B outlets
• Ensure sign off of all Service Standards by Position competencies for Rooms division managers
• Prepare annual budgets for all departments within the Spa
• Prepare annual budgets for the Spa
• The ability to interview and select job applicants effectively supervise, discipline, mentor and give performance evaluations for Spa employees
• Direct overall operations of the fitness, pool, and spa facilities, including short and long range strategic planning so that the business operates cost effectively and efficiently
• Lead the Spa in establishing and executing departmental goals
• Ensure the spa, fitness and pool facilities are in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness)

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 3-8 years experience.

Salary
N1,500,000 - N2,200,000 / Month.

• A nail technician is a person skilled in the art of decorating nails with colored varnish, transfers, gems or glitter to style and shape a person’s nails. They work in spas, beauty salons, fitness centers, etc.
• The nail technician job description entails a number of duties and responsibilities including offering basic treatments such as manicures and pedicures, cleaning and filing nails, and applying overlays or extensions.
• They are also responsible for painting designs onto nails by hand using an airbrush, a stencil or stamping.
