    Business Development Executive

    Job Description

    • Learn the technical details concerning how product offerings and what problems it solves for our clients
    • Create new sales and marketing strategies that position our products as the best solutions for prospective clients
    • Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback; evaluate data we receive through digital channels
    • Generate high-quality sales leads; follow up after initial meeting
    • Identify areas to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business; communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
    • Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

    Sales Engineer (Power)

    Job Description

    • Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in the designated region
    • Assist in product design
    • Travelling to visit potential clients
    • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
    • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
    • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
    • Calculating client quotations

    Warehouse Engineer (Engineering Store)

    Location: Ijebu-Ode

    Job Responsibilities

    • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
    • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
    • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
    • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
    • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
    • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    • Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc/HND/OND in Mechanical Engineering, preferably.
    • Other engineering graduates with proven work experience as a warehouse engineer can also apply.

    Other Requirements:

    • Proven warehouse experience with 1 to 3 years experience.
    • Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
    • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system.
    • Team player with organizational skills.
    • Ability to lift or move heavy products.
    • Ability to manage HSE issues.
    • Must be resident in Ijebu-Ode or its environs

    Quality Control Officer

    Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State

    Job Description

    • In this position, you will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the results.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
    • Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor
    • Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests
    • Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work
    • Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
    • Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
    • Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
    • Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, attending seminars, watching industry videos, etc.
    • Accomplish organization mission by completing related results as needed

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • B.Sc degree in Food Science Technology, Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry or related field.
    • 3-4 years proven experience as a Quality Control Officer
    • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies
    • Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
    • Excellent leadership skill is a must, as well as a keen attention to detail.
    • Must have manufacturing experience
    • Must live or willing to relocate to Ijebu-Ode
    • Should be ready to resume as soon as possible
