    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • The Sales Executive shall be responsible for promoting and selling a company's products and services to Customers (B2B/B2C) engaging unique campaign ideas to market the Company’s products, services or overall brand identity.
    • The Sales Executive shall be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, engaging with prospects, demonstrating product features, negotiating, and closing sales.
    • Their duties include completing market research to identify target audience demographics or reviewing previously successful marketing campaigns, working as part of a team to accomplish tasks by set deadlines and making adjustments throughout marketing campaigns to achieve better engagement from consumers.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify new markets and business opportunities and arrange meetings with potential customers
    • Carry out Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Customers (B2C) sales and marketing engagements.
    • Visit potential customers for new businesses and develop and maintain business relationships
    • Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations.
    • Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales
    • Provide product information and deliver product samples
    • Organize and attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits or events to raise brand awareness.
    • Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
    • Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision-making process
    • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
    • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
    • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
    • Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
    • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
    • Liaise with stakeholders, distributors and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
    • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
    • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
    • Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts
    • Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
    • Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved etc.

    Education

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related fields
    • MBA is an added advantage.

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • The Accountant would be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of financial information and oversight of the financial operations in preparing, checking, and filing all related accounting reports, preparation of management accounts and year-end financial accounts.
    • He/She shall manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets, conduct periodic internal financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.
    • This role would also be responsible for strategic/financial advisory, investment analysis, business planning, project/corporate finance, strategy development, transaction/business advisory, capital formation, creation of economic value, buy side & sell side advisory (due diligence), divestiture advisory, valuation, M&A advisory, financial modelling, feasibility studies.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the retention of historical accounting and legal records, ensuring that all information is safely stored and available on short notice.
    • Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports for use by senior management
    • To check all invoices, vouchers, purchase orders, delivery notes, and other documents to ensure financial data's completeness, accuracy, and validity.
    • To enter financial transactions and stock records daily into the accounting package.
    • Prepare reconciliation statements for creditors and liaise with them for prompt account settlements.
    • Preparing weekly bank reconciliation and financial reports for MD and clearing up any outstanding issues in a timely manner.
    • Reviews and maintains a strong system of internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting, and compliance with organization policy and statutory authority.
    • Prepare and manage payroll with all the related statutory deductions for remittance to relevant authorities.
    • Responsible for monthly and annual filing of relevant taxes pursuant to both staff and company tax clearance certificate
    • Proper inventory management system both in the accounting package and hard copy reporting
    • Prepare reports, analyze variances between approved budgets and actual expenditures.
    • Assets management by maintaining updated assets register and proper tagging of all company assets.
    • Ensure to carry out duties honestly and abide by the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR), occupational health safety (OHS) environment policy (EP) policy and procedures
    • Ensure for adequate management of stakeholders including suppliers, vendors, clients.
    • To ensure for efficient and effective management and disbursement of funds by the MD’s approval and effect all necessary payments as and when due.
    • To track all pending shipments and follow-up.
    • To create SOP, review and update company policies and procedures as it relates to the Accounting function.
    • To perform other work-related functions as per instruction by the Managing Director.

    Education

    • A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Financial Accounting or related fields
    • MBA is an added advantage

    Experience:
