    Branding and Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand and Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, lead marketing initiatives, and strengthen audience engagement.
    • The ideal candidate will deliver impactful campaigns, manage partnerships, and elevate brand visibility across all platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company’s business and marketing objectives.
    • Conduct detailed market research to understand audience behavior and industry trends.
    • Design and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals
    • Monitor campaign execution across digital, print, OOH, and broadcast channels
    • Coordinate internal marketing teams, including content creators, designers, and social media specialists.
    • Identify, secure, and manage sponsorship opportunities and corporate partnerships to enhance visibility and revenue.
    • Define KPIs, monitor marketing performance, and optimize strategies for improved ROI
    • Initiate and manage strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, industry stakeholders, and relevant institutions.
    • Research, apply for, and manage grants while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

    Key Requirements

    • First degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
    • 5–7 years’ experience in brand and marketing management.
    • Experience in entertainment, media, advertising, and PR agency desired.
    • Experience managing corporate engagements, stakeholder relationships, sponsorships, and events.

    Area Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and increase sales of the company's products across Maiduguri
    • Achieve sales targets and goals for designated areas.
    • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base (distributors, sub-dealers, wholesalers).
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, motivating them to meet targets.
    • Conduct market research and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Build strong partnerships with key distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
    • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

    Key Requirements

    • HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
    • 4–7 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
    • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
    • Proven ability in sales planning, coaching, and team management.
    • Good market knowledge and ability to gather customer insights.
