    Sales Executive

    Summary

    • We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team.
    • The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales target.

    Responsibilities

    • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
    • Researching prospects and generating leads.
    • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
    • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
    • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
    • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
    • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
    • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Participating in sales team meetings.

    Requirements

    • BSC / HND
    • 5+ years of sales experience.
    • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communicator.
    • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
    • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

    Center Manager

    Summary

    • As a Center Manager, you’ll need to wear many different hats; the planner, the problem-solver, the educator and the counselor being a few of them. You should have the skills to communicate with various people, handle budgets and logistics, and keep all educational programs running.
    • The Centre Manager serves in a leadership role responsible for managing center operations, and provides leadership in strategic and operational planning.
    • He /She leads the development of center initiatives, and improvements for effective delivery of center programmes and services.
    • The typical duties of a Center operations manager will include designing and implementing sales processes, policies, and systems; managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting; analyzing sales performance, trends, and metrics; providing sales training, coaching, and support; evaluating and optimizing the sales.
    • Your main Job functions will revolve around 4 key areas of focus:
      • leading with example at operations in all departments, hence you need to be best

    Qualifications

    • To qualify for a Center Manager position, typically a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required, along with 6+ experience in operational management, customer service, staff supervision, budget oversight, and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively within a center.
