    Internal Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Internal Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. 
    • This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, building strong relationships with clients, and closing sales deals.

    Responsibilities

    • Actively seek out and generate new sales leads.
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
    • Develop and submit quotations to customers and diligently follow up to nurture potential leads into successful sales.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
    • Lead the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, RFQs, and DRFQs in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines
    • Assess potential clients to determine their needs and fit with our products or services.
    • Enable competitive offer submissions by strategically managing the procurement process.
    •  Manage house accounts, generating leads and diligently following up to convert them into purchase orders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in an internal sales or customer-facing role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
    • Proximity to the Island is highly recommended.

    Senior Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team.
    • The Senior Accountant will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial statements, managing general ledger entries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 
    • This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.
    • Conduct variance analysis and report any discrepancies or trends to senior management.
    • Review and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    General Ledger Management:

    • Over see general ledger (GL) entries and ensure proper account classification.
    • Reconcile all general ledger accounts and investigate any discrepancies.
    • Ensure proper allocation of costs to appropriate accounts and departments.

    Cash Flow Management:

    • Over see cash flow management and ensure efficient cash position for the company.
    • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities and report on aging

    Tax & Compliance:

    • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Work with auditors during annual audits to ensure financial statements are prepared and ready for review.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant local, state, and national regulations.

    Internal Controls:

    • Design and implement internal control procedures to ensure financial integrity and mitigate risks.
    • Review and improve accounting procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

    Budgeting & Forecasting:

    • Prepare and monitor budgets, helping senior management with financial projections.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts based on company needs and market conditions.
    • Assist in improving accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Professional certification (e.g.,ICAN, ACA,e.t.c) is required
    • Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive accounting experience
    • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxlaws, and financial regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,QuickBooks, SAP,SAGE, orERPsystems)
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
