Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Engineer.
• The Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring excellent customer service in operating systems.
• Manage and reply to all tickets created on the customer management system.
• Responsible for Customer management issues.
• Actively listen to the customers and translate customer issues and concerns so that the appropriate actionable measures can be taken to resolve issues.
• Facilitate customer resolution for escalated calls and engage the necessary technical support.
• Customer Support- be proactive, working to fix the problem while communicating updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 2 years experience
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• IP Protocols-must be proficient in Basic Internet Protocols.
• Customer Support and Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Operating Systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Certifications in relevant technical areas are a plus

Role Description

• The Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, broadcast engineering, broadcast television operations, broadcasting, and providing technical support for broadcast systems on a daily basis.
• Manage broadcast and media Software like Vmix and video editing suites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Knowledge of Broadcast and Video Technologies, including DVB.
• Broadcast Engineering and Broadcast Television expertise
• Experience in broadcasting operations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative.
• The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, customer service, and client relationship management.

Rsponsibilities

• These tasks include prospecting, lead generation, product presentations, order processing, and resolving customer inquiries.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting including sales opportunities reports and budgets.
• Conduct market surveys, monitor the competition and ensure brand equity.
• To maintain sales database, records of all leads and to update marketing personnel on all prospects & leads.
• Conduct price review through market information and product costing.
• Conduct routine market research on specifics as directed.
• To include information on customers and competitors alike.
• Act as an ambassador of the Company including support required during sales events or promotions
• Coordinate and manage sales and marketing activity for the division.
• Work with the business development teams across the company to come up with strategies to get their individual products into the market.
• Organize Adverts and promotions, set up and maintain media relationship with the marketing and social media teams.
• Works with team leads for project summary reports, deliver presentations to management.
• Other duties as assigned by management Prior experience in a high volume operations and sales environment is a plus Knowledge of Technology, telecommunications and ICT is a plus.
