    • Collect and analyse information on customers' perception of product / service offerings
    • Administer communication marketing activities using online and offline content placement / distribution platforms

    • Develop business proposals for existing and new opportunities
    • Prepare technical and commercial tenders and facilitate post-submission follow up activities
    • Collect and analyse client feedback for improvement opportunities
    • Facilitate technical presentations and commercial negotiations
    • Administer business development activities using online and offline sales pipeline management platforms
    • Generate and manage leads for new business opportunities
    • Develop and manage business relationships
    • Achieve sales and business growth objectives
    • Identify, research and respond appropriately to technical / commercial tendering opportunities:  RFQs, RFIs, ITTs, EOIs, LOIs, RFP, etc
    • Collect and analyse information on customers' perception of product / service offerings
    • Administer communication marketing activities using online and offline content placement / distribution platforms
    • Generate and manage leads within assigned industries
