We are looking for an experienced printer who can hit the ground running and make this section of the business your own. You will have previous printing knowledge and experience, have an eye for detail, and be professional about your work. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual.

• General familiarity with computer operations in a PC Environment
• General mechanical inclination
• Ability to manage time without supervision
• 1-2+ years industry Operator experience on Large format print and finishing equipment such a UV Flatbed or Hybrid printers, and camera operated router and knife edge cutting tables.
• Pre-production file prep experience helpful. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of RIP Software and color management, preferred Onyx
• Ability to Multi-task, stop and start tasks and change priority on short notice as needed.
• Must be able to compare printed proofs and match color within business standards.

This role will support the design and creative functions for Kikers Digital Graphics in all marketing channels. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a good handle on the latest design trends and responsive web & mobile best practices.

• Possess a solid understanding of design principles, printing procedures, photography, film, and illustration
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Experience with Html/CSS a plus
• A self-starter who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal
• Strong team player who can build strong relationships within all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related course of study
• 1-2 years experience in graphic design for a company or agency
