    Procurement Officer

    Job Duties

    • Assist the procurement manager in processing daily procurement requests from the initial stage at the requisition level through the completion of the purchase order process.
    • Work with the procurement manager to review quotes, negotiate pricing as needed, review various terms and conditions, and assist in analyzing procurement risk factors throughout the process.
    • Support the procurement manager in identifying opportunities for utilizing pre-established contracts
    • Maintains effective communications between Purchasing, Compliance, Accounting, Receiving, Materials Management, and any other departments crucial to the procurement process.
    • Seeks cost savings opportunities.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of two years of related experience is preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • Detail-oriented with meticulous planning, organizational, and time management skills.

    Facilities Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking to engage a competent facility officer whose primary responsibility would be to oversee all our restaurant appliances/ equipments.
    • The ideal candidate would be responsible for the perfect working condition of all electrical and mechanical equipments including generating sets with an overall cost cutting initiatives.
