    Training Officer

    Job Description

    • Identify training needs, plan and implement training programs that will improve employee performance.
    • Design quarterly and annual training program that cuts across all departments of the organization.
    • Prepare budget for training programs.
    • Schedule employees for training
    • Oversee employee post training progress and performance.
    • Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
    • Prepare and deliver training courses.
    • Implement training KPIs.

    Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field (essential).
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in training and development management (essential) preferably from FMCG/Food industries.
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.

    Female Human Resources Manager

    uties and Responsibilities

    • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
    • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
    • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.

    Full Time Pharmacist

    Responsibilities

    • Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians.
    • Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.
    • Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.
    • Monitoring customers’ drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects.
    • Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

    Production Manager

    esponsibilities

    • Coordinate the overall activities including needs and requirements.
    • Ensure the proper oversight and scheduling of staff, equipment needs and performance, and raw material levels.
    • Troubleshoot production equipment for mechanical issues and propose maintenance activities.
    • Responsible for the quality of product and operational processes.
    • Provide safety process recommendation and coordination as needed.
    • Provide in-process quality inspections/checks for lot dates, weight and metal detection.
