    Cake Decorator

    Job Description

    • Prepare and decorate cake products according to customer specifications and all applicable standards and procedures.
    • Properly and safely operate and maintain cake and soft serve equipment while following all health and safety standards.
    • Take and fill customer cake orders in a professional and timely manner.
    • Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
    • Work with other team members to assure constant and consistent quality service, cleanliness and value to each customer.
    • Clean work area, organize and stock needed items.
    • Stock and execute proper rotation of products.
    • Keep cake production area and equipment clean and sanitary throughout shift.
    • Inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff.

    Qualifications

    • Holder of SSCE or OND
    • Minimum of 6 months commercial cake decorating experience.
    • Must have a keen eye for decorating.
    • Must have experience using required decorating tools (pastry bags, tips, decorative items).
    • Ability to move and work at a production rate of speed.
    • Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime.

    Store Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Store officer is responsible for keeping stock of inventory and manage all operations in the store.
    • Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines of the company
    • Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment.
    • Manage the store layout
    • Receive, upload and shelf all supplies
    • Perform stock related duties like returning, packing etc.
    • Inspect deliveries for discrepancy or damage
    • Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
    • Rotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities
    • Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month
    • Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase
    • Generate a material received report (MRR) timely
    • Ensure storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO) method

    Requirements

    • Candidates must be a holder of Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
    • Basic working knowledge of some commonly used inventory management software.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must have at least 1 year experience in similar role.

    Quality Assurance Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist and help maintain compliance with various quality related services including but not limited to CGMP, environmental monitoring, sanitation, HACCP.
    • Assist in quality assurance and quality control services from receiving to delivery of product
    • Conducting GMP, Safety, Food Safety and Pre-Operational inspections
    • Document control and record keeping of daily paperwork
    • Document food safety standards
    • Serve as back-up to Quality Assurance Manager in the outlet.
    • Assist and participate in auditing programs

    Position Requirements

    • First Degree in Food related disciplines
    • HACCP Certification would be an added advantae

    Overview

    • The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
    • This position manages executive schedules, communications, and meetings. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities while using a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and special events.
    • Responsible for making and maintaining all travel arrangements. This includes flights, accommodations, transportation, and other logistics.
    • Act as liaison between the executive and other members of the organization, as well as external contacts. This includes answering emails, calls, and drafting correspondence.
    • Provide clerical assistance, assistance with project activities, and administrative support.
    • Oversee and coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by leader, including arranging facilities and equipment, tracking progress, managing timelines, and communicating updates.
    • Extensive interaction with suppliers and partners required in connection with meeting and event planning.
    • Maintains records and files, including highly confidential files and documents.
    • Works as the lead in providing guidance to other administrative personnel to accomplish organizational goals.
    • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications and/or equivalent training and work experience
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative position with similar responsibilities supporting Executives
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suites
    • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
    • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and time management skills

    Outlet Supervisors

    Description

    • Assist with all daily responsibilities pertinent to the front-of-house operations to ensure that the goal of providing extraordinary service to customers of the outlet is achieved.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in overseeing all aspects of the front of house operation including ensuring that all personnel are trained and assisting the customers in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that the outlet is clean and organized at all times and assist them during peak and busy periods.
    • Supervise the service personnels and cashiers' check-out and cash closing procedures
    • Ensure that the dining experience of customers exceed their expectations in an effort to provide extraordinary service per the Company’s guidelines
    • Execute proper and accurate closing procedures in accordance with company policy
    • Provide objective and professional feedback to the Outlet and Operation Managers regarding any and all operational issues as they arise
    • Commit to train, coach and mentoring front-of-house staff and work with Outlet Manager involving disciplinary actions in order to further develop employees
    • Perform any other duties as requested and adhere to job specific duties checklists

    Position Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
    • Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Be self-motivated with the ability to perform with the highest professional and ethical standards
    • Excellent customer service and people skills
    • Respond well to a changing work environment and able to perform at the highest level with minimal supervision
    • Possess strong leadership and managerial skills that include the ability to coach, develop and clearly communicate expectations
    • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills with the ability to proactively recommend solutions
    • Financial background with the proven ability to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement would be an added advantage
    • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
