    Chemical Analyst

    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Perform chemical tests and analysis on a variety of materials
    • Record and interpret data, draw conclusions and make recommendations based on results
    • Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, samples, and solutions
    • Ensure the accuracy of results through proper methodologies and quality control procedures
    • Write technical reports to document results and communicate findings to stakeholders
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
    • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, methodologies and regulatory changes
    • Report to the production pharmacist
    • Any other duties assigned by the production pharmacist.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field
    • Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or environmental analysis
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a chemical analysis role
    • Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and quality control measures
    • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, software and data analysis tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Microbiologist

    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Conduct routine microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
    • Perform environmental monitoring of laboratory and manufacturing areas
    • Develop and validate new microbiological test methods
    • Evaluate and interpret microbiological test results and make recommendations for action
    • Assist with the investigation of microbiological excursions and deviations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all microbiological testing and results
    • Stay current on regulatory requirements and industry developments related to pharmaceutical microbiology
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products
    • Report to the Quality Control Manager
    • Any other duties assigned by the Quality Control Manager.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory
    • Experience in a pharmaceutical or Biotech Company.
    • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
    • Proficiency in microbial identification techniques and instrumentation.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong laboratory skills, including experience with microbiological techniques and methodologies
    • Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets and make recommendations for action
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with regulatory submissions and inspections.

    Mechanical Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Design and develop mechanical systems and components in accordance with project requirements.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical specifications to determine project feasibility.
    • Perform calculations and simulations to validate design concepts.
    • Prototype and test mechanical systems to evaluate performance and reliability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of mechanical components with other systems.
    • Provide technical support during the manufacturing and assembly process.
    • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure product safety and compliance with regulations.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering technology.
    • Any other assignment by the Head of Maintenance.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
    • Familiarity with regulatory standards and codes.
