    Legal Officer

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Legal Officer to join its team in Owerri.
    • The successful candidate will provide legal and administrative support in contract management, compliance, documentation, property transactions, and corporate governance activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Draft, review, and proofread contracts, agreements, letters, and legal documents.
    • Support property acquisition processes, title verification, and legal due diligence activities.
    • Assist with regulatory compliance, statutory filings, and correspondence with government agencies.
    • Maintain legal records, contract databases, and corporate documents.
