    The Registrar is the Chief Administrative officer and is responsible to the Provost for the general administration of the College. The Registrar shall serve as:

    • Secretary to the Governing Council and other statutory committees.
    • Secretary to the Academic Board
    • Responsible for keeping of all records of the College
    • Issuing certificate of Service and attainments. Performs any other functions as may be assigned by the Provost.

    The candidate seeking for the post should possess any of the following qualifications:

    • A holder of a good Honors Degree with at least Second-Class Lower division in Arts or Social Sciences from a recognized Institution of higher learning with at least 15 years cognate experience.
    • A holder of Master's Degree in relevant field from a recognized Institution of higher learning with at least 12 years post qualification experience.
    • A holder of Doctorate Degree with at least 10 years cognate experience, preparably in the Registry of an Institution of Higher Learning. Should have evidence of good performance, outstanding administrative ability and membership of reputable professional body! bodies in Nigeria.
    • Competence in the use and application of Computer is very essential.
    • Shall not be more than sixty (60) years of age on assumption of duty

    Terms and Condition of Service

    • The Registrar is tenure appointment and shall be for a period of Five (5) years in the first instance beginning from the effective date of appointment and such conditions as may be specified in the letter of appointment, and the appointment is renewable for another three (3) years as final, subject to the satisfactory performance.

    • The Bursar is a Principal officer and Chief Financial Officer of the College responsible to the Provost for day-to-day administration and control of the financial affairs of the College.


    • A minimum of Second-Class Lower Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Possession of relevant higher degree(s) is an added advantage:
    • Be registered with recognized professional body such as ICAN or ANAN;
    • Be ICT compliant with a working knowledge of relevant accounting packages;
    • A minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate post-qualification experience, ten (10) of which should be in the Bursary of a College of Education or Polytechnic system or that of comparable institution of higher learning:
    • Shall not be more than sixty (60) years of age on assumption of duty.

    College Librarian


    • He/she is responsible to the Provost for the Management of the College Library and its services.


    • A good Honours Degree in Library and Information Science not below Second Class Lower and a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized University; a PhD Degree will be an added advantage.
    • Proven integrity, intellectually sound, professionally skillful and knowledgeable in the management of an institutional library.
    • Proven evidence of current membership of Library professional bodies and registration with the Library Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN)
    • Be proficient in ICT package
    • Must have put in a minimum of 10 years post Degree qualifications with at least 5 years cognate working experience which must be at the Library Management position
    • Must not be more than 60 years of age at the time of application.

    Director of Works and Physical Planning


    • He is responsible for the implementation of the College physical masterplan
    • Coordination and supervision of physical/ infrastructural development of projects.
    • Ensuring quality standards and maintenance of structures in the College.


    • Possession of B.Sc Degree in either of Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Building, Quantity Surveying or any other relevant Degree from a recognized University with a Lower Division plus NYSC discharge certificate. Possession of Master's degree in the relevant field is added advantage.
    • The candidate must possess professionally recognized certificate with current practicing license
    • Must have put in a minimum of 15 years post qualification experience with at least 5 years cognate working experience in a senior Management position in a similar or related Institution.
    • Candidate must be registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering (COREN) or Architecture Regulation Council (ARCON) or Quantity Surveying Regulation Board of Nigeria (QSRN) or Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CARBON) or Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria.
    • He/ She must be a computer literate with working knowledge of relevant packages.
    • He/she must have been previously appointed as deputy Director of Physical Planning or Works in a Tertiary Institution
    • Candidate must not be more than 60 years at the time of assumption of duty.
    • He/she must be ICT compliant.
