    Agric / Basic Science Teacher

    Job Description

    • Teach and prepare students for internal/external examinations.
    • Evaluate student's progress.

    Criteria

    • The ideal Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Agric Science or a related field of discipline with a minimum of Second Class lower division and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (if the first degree is not Education Career related) with a minimum teaching experience of 5 years.
    • Teaching experience in an International Private School environment or a highly rated Federal Government College will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking, and time management ( A candidate whose accent or his/her mother tongue impacts his/her spoken English will not be considered).
    • Must be compliant with the Modern Teaching Approach.
    • Must be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire others.
    • Must have good fluency in the use of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • This individual will be required to go the extra mile to support our students not only to succeed but become globally competitive.
    • Applicants with a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Education with 3 years of teaching experience will have an added advantage.
    • Must have taught and presented students for the WASCE / NECO with above 95% pass rate (total number of successful candidates) in his or her subject with a minimum of C4 individual scores and quality grades.

    Store Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, deliveries, and returns.
    • Receive, inspect, and store incoming items, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored in designated areas.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
    • Prepare and maintain stock reports, including stock movement, stock aging, and stock valuation.
    • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stock loss and maximize efficiency.
    • Collaborate with other departments to forecast and plan inventory needs based on sales trends and customer demands.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the store to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.
    • Train and supervise store staff on proper inventory management procedures and best practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technological advancements related to inventory management.
    • High Level of integrity is non-negotiable

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Stock Officer, or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
    • Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Strategic Sourcing: Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies aligned with budget , ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
    • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, conduct regular performance reviews, and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
