    Project Management Officer (PMO Construction)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor project progress against approved work plans, schedules, budgets and milestones.
    • Review project reports and provide timely updates on project status, progress, cost, risks and challenges.
    • Track project deliverables and ensure delays, cost variances and other issues are promptly identified and escalated.
    • Maintain and update the Company's project management templates, trackers and reporting systems.
    • Coordinate weekly and monthly project performance reviews with Project Managers and site teams.
    • Monitor project documentation, including work programmes, progress reports, risk registers, variation records and project close-out documents.
    • Track project costs and commitments against approved budgets and escalate significant variances.
    • Monitor project risks and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are identified and followed through.
    • Follow up on action points arising from project meetings and ensure timely closure.
    • Support Project Managers in developing and implementing recovery plans for delayed or underperforming projects.
    • Ensure project teams comply with approved project management procedures and reporting requirements.
    • Prepare consolidated project performance reports for Management.
    • Support coordination between Engineering, QS, Procurement, Finance, HSE, Operations and other relevant departments.
    • Conduct periodic project/site monitoring visits and report findings to the Head, PMO.
    • Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of all ongoing projects and their performance status.
    • Perform any other project management duties assigned by Management.

    Task Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor the daily and periodic activities of partners against their assigned responsibilities, targets and KPIs.
    • Maintain an up-to-date performance tracker for partners across departments, projects and business units.
    • Track completion of assigned tasks, deliverables and Management directives.
    • Follow up with partners on outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion.
    • Identify and report delays, non-performance, missed targets and other performance gaps to the appropriate authority.
    • Obtain periodic performance updates from departments, projects and business units.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for Management.
    • Monitor compliance with approved work plans, timelines and performance expectations.
    • Track action points arising from Management meetings and follow up with responsible partners until completion.
    • Escalate recurring or significant cases of non-performance for Management's attention.
    • Support Management in assessing partner performance based on agreed KPIs, deliverables and available resources.
    • Maintain proper documentation and evidence of tasks completed and outstanding.
    • Coordinate with HCM and relevant Heads of Departments on performance-related matters where required.
    • Conduct periodic checks or verification of reported activities and deliverables as directed.
    • Ensure that performance information presented to Management is accurate, current and supported by appropriate records.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the GMD or Management.

    Technical Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical and analytical support to the GMD on construction projects, engineering activities and other technical matters.
    • Review project reports, technical proposals, drawings, work programmes, BOQs, cost information and other technical documents submitted to the GMD.
    • Monitor the progress and performance of key projects and highlight delays, risks, cost concerns and technical issues requiring Management attention.
    • Conduct periodic project/site visits as directed by the GMD and submit concise reports on findings and recommendations.
    • Prepare briefing notes, technical summaries, presentations and reports for the GMD and Management meetings.
    • Follow up on directives issued by the GMD and monitor their implementation across relevant departments, projects and business units.
    • Coordinate with the PMO, Engineering & Construction, QS, Procurement, Finance and other relevant teams to obtain required information and updates.
    • Track key project milestones, deliverables and outstanding actions and provide timely updates to the GMD.
    • Support the GMD in reviewing project performance against approved scope, budget, programme, quality and other agreed targets.
    • Identify recurring operational and technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Assist in the evaluation of technical and commercial proposals when assigned by the GMD.
    • Maintain proper records of technical reports, Management directives, project updates and other documents required by the Office of the GMD.
    • Support the preparation and coordination of Management meetings, including collation of relevant technical reports and action points.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all information and documents handled in the Office of the GMD.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the GMD.

    Assistant Technical Director

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Technical Director in the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects.
    • Monitor project execution against approved work programmes, milestones and completion dates.
    • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, contractors and site teams to ensure effective project delivery.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, workmanship, materials, resources and progress.
    • Identify technical issues, construction delays and execution challenges and recommend practical solutions.
    • Review drawings, specifications, method statements, work programmes and other technical submissions.
    • Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications and applicable standards.
    • Monitor the availability and proper utilisation of materials, labour, equipment and other construction resources.
    • Support the preparation and implementation of recovery plans for projects falling behind schedule.
    • Monitor project milestones and ensure that critical activities are completed within the agreed timelines.
    • Coordinate technical interfaces between different disciplines, including Civil, Structural, MEP, Architectural and other specialist works.
    • Review project progress reports and provide technical updates to the Technical Director.
    • Support the Technical Director in resolving technical and construction-related issues across projects.
    • Ensure proper documentation of technical decisions, site instructions, variations and project changes.
    • Liaise with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders on technical and execution matters as directed.
    • Support the Technical Director in evaluating contractors' technical performance and project delivery.
    • Assist in project handover, snagging, testing, commissioning and close-out activities.
    • Perform any other technical and construction-related duties assigned by the Technical Director or Management.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's / Master's Degree with experience.
