    Interface and Risk Lead Services

    Purpose

    • Accountable for the integrated management of technical, organizational, schedule, and stakeholder interface and for the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of project risks and opportunities across all IMA Packages.
    • Ensures that cross-package and external interfaces are proactively managed, risks are transparently escalated and controlled, and that interface and risk-related threats do not compromise safety, schedule, cost, quality, and operability of the IMA Project deliverables.

    Activities

    • Establish and maintain IMA Project Interface Management Plan covering all internal and external interfaces.
    • Identify, define, and manage the Interface Battery Limits across the IMA Project packages.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Interface Register, ensuring clear ownership, responsibilities, and closure criteria.
    • Facilitate regular interface coordination meetings with Package Managers, EPC Contractors, and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely identification, escalation, resolution, and closure of interface issues impacting safety, schedule, cost, or operability.
    • Develop and maintain the IMA Project Risk and Opportunity Management Plan
    • Lead the structured risk identification workshops across all packages and project execution phases.
    • Maintain the IMA Risk Register, ensuring that risks are clearly defines, quantified as applicable, assigned to accountable owners, and actively mitigated and monitored.
    • Identify and promote opportunities to improve project cost, schedule, safety, or operability.
    • Provide regular interface and risk status reports to IMA PMT, highlighting trend analysis, emerging risks, and areas requiring management interventions.

    Accountabilities:

    • All critical interfaces are identified and assigned to accountable owners for closure.
    • All high-risk interfaces are closed before commissioning and start-up of IMA packages.
    • All major risks have approved mitigation plans.
    • Measurable reduction of overall project risk to acceptable levels over the IMA project execution phase.
    • Accurate, timely, and decision-focused interface and risk reporting.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline. Professional Experience (number of years): 10 – 15 years in the oil and gas industry Experience within project: (number of years): proven experience managing interfaces and risks on multi-package EPC projects.

    Onshore Project Control Lead & Contract Engineer

    Job Purpose

    • Following Contract award and FID, the Project Control Lead & Contract Engineer supports the Onshore Package Manager in the delivery of the EPCC contract from award to operations, with primary accountability for contract administration, cost control, schedule control, change management, and risk management. 
    • The role ensures rigorous compliance with contractual terms, proactive identification and management of variations and claims, and accurate cost and schedule reporting, with the objective of delivering the Project within the approved budget and schedule, contributing to a safe execution with no major H3SE incidents, and supporting start-up and operations no later than Q4 2028.

    Activities

    • Contract Administration & Governance Coordinate and supervise the administration of the EPCC contract(s) for the IMA Onshore Packages (BNAG and Onshore Pipeline) package in full compliance with Company's procedures, including contract implementation, correspondence management, variation control, claims assessment, and contract close-out.
    • Project Controls, Documentation & Reporting Ensure proper implementation of project control standards, including cost, schedule, and change control reporting.
    • Coordinate with the DCC function to ensure accurate documentation management and preparation of execution, monthly, and management reports with appropriate quality and consistency.
    • Planning & Scheduling Control Develop, maintain, and control the package execution schedule, monitor progress against the baseline, identify critical paths and deviations, and support the Package Manager with mitigation measures and recovery actions where required.
    • Cost Control & Budget Management In close coordination with Finance/Cost Control, supervise cost monitoring, commitment tracking, forecasting,and budget performance for the WHP package. Ensure early identification and proper justification of cost deviations and change impacts.
    • Change & Variation Management Consolidate, assess, and document all technical, schedule, and commercial changes, ensuring compliance with change management processes. Advise the Package Manager on the cost and schedule implications of changes and support negotiations where required.
    • Contractual & Commercial Support Provide contractual and commercial advice to the Package Manager, including assessment of Contractor positions, review of estimates, and support for SMRs, variations, and claims resolution, ensuring robust justification and documentation.
    • Monitor and control project performance including:
      • Cost => at any time be able to provide EFC
      • Planning => at any time have an updated P50 planning and a good understanding of P10 and P90
      • Identify any deviation in cost and schedule and make proposals/implement to corrective actions.
    • Nigerian Content Compliance Monitor and ensure compliance with Nigerian Content requirements applicable to the Onshore Packages (BNAG and Onshore Pipeline) package, including reporting obligations, coordination with relevant stakeholders, and consolidation of Nigerian Content performance data.
    • Team Leadership & Coordination Manage and coordinate the Project Control and PMC resources dedicated to the Onshore Packages (BNAG and Onshore Pipeline) package, ensuring alignment of activities, workload prioritization, and consistent application of project control and contract management standards.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Monitor and maintain good relationships with Partners (AMNI) and Authorities and ensure efficient coordination between EPC contractors.
    • Monitor and maintain good relationships with local communities

    Accountabilities

    • Budget Control Support- Monitor and control commitments, forecasts and trends and escalate to Package manager
    • Schedule Control Support- Monitor and control Onshore Packages (BNAG and Onshore Pipeline) package schedule, critical path and trend analysis, flag deviations with potential impact on other packages or first gas
    • Project Control Team Leadership- Coordinate effective workload management and application of controls for team and resources
    • Invoice & Progress Validation- Review and validate all reports, progress statements, and contractual documentation supporting invoices, ensuring alignment with actual progress, contract terms, and approved changes prior to Package Manager endorsement.
    • Contract Administration & Change Control- handling of claims, risks and formal correspondence.

    Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) Coordinator Services

    Purpose

    • Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and integration of the Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) services across the IMA project. 
    • Ensures that all applicable marine, transportation, lifting, and offshore installation activities are reviewed, approved, and executed in accordance with MWS requirements, project schedules, and Company's standards. 
    • Acts as the operational focal point between the MWS, IMA Technical Manager, Package Managers, EPC Contractors, and project teams. 
    • Ensures timely engagement, clear communication, effective close-out of MWS actions to enable safe, compliant, and efficient execution of marine operations.

    Activities

    • Coordinate the involvement of the MWS across all relevant offshore and marine activities, including:
    • Load-out, transportation, and tow-out
    • Lifting and offshore installation,
    • Subsea installation and marine spreads.
    • Ensure MWS scope is clearly understood and applied consistently across the IMA packages
    • Align MWS technical reviews, site attendance, and approvals with site execution schedules across the packages
    • Act as primary coordination interfaces between the MWS and Ima stakeholders (Package Managers, EPC/Marine Contractors, HSE, and installation teams)
    • Ensure that marine procedures, method statements, lift plans, and marine analyses are submitted to the MWS in a timely manner
    • Track MWS review status for all activities and maintain a live register of:
    • Documents under review
    • MWS comments and required actions
    • Conditions of approval and closure status
    • Ensure that MWS inputs are reflected in:
      • Marine risk assessments
      • Safety milestone reviews – HAZIDs, SIMOPs, and offshore execution plans
    • Provide regular status reports on MWS activities, approvals, and outstanding actions.

    Accountabilities

    • Timely and effective coordination of MWS services across all applicable offshore and marine scopes.
    • All marine operations are supported by the required MWS reviews, approvals, and certificates.
    • MWS comments and conditions are clearly communicated, tracked, and closed before execution.
    • No offshore execution delays or incidents attributable to poor coordination or late MWS engagement.
    • Clear visibility of MWS status, risks, and constraints provided to Project Management.

    Qualifications

    • Engineering or marine – related background. 
    • Professional Experience (number of years): 10 – 15 years in offshore and marine activities in the oil and gas industry
    • Experience within project: practical understanding of the role of Marine Warranty surveyor in the projects.

    Pipeline & Cable Design Engineer

    Job Purpose

    • The Pipeline Engineer is responsible for the design, engineering, and technical monitoring of onshore pipelines, from the Detailled Engineering through construction and commissioning.
    • He/She ensure the technical, regulatory, and HSE compliance of the infrastructure, while respecting project deadlines, budgets, and requirements.

    Activities

    Engineering:

    • Supervise pipeline studies (layout, sizing, material selection, corrosion protection...).
    • Verify technical deliverables (design philosophies, calculation notes, technical specifications, MTO / datasheets, …).
    • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, DNV, ISO, local standards…).

    Interfaces & coordination:

    • Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines (Civil engineering, Process engineering, Instrumentation, Construction).
    • Participate in technical reviews and coordination meetings.
    • Anticipate operational interfaces (clashes, scheduling conflicts) before and during the construction phase.

    Construction:

    • Providing technical support during (manufacturing, transport, welding, installation, testing (hydrotest), commissioning...)
    • Respond to technical clarifications and manage technical deviations.
    • Participate in site inspections and technical audits.
    • Change management
    • Analyze the technical impacts of the modifications (Method of Concept).
    • Propose optimized and documented solutions.
    • Contribute to the technical and economic justification of the changes.
    • Prevent change orders and delays related to technical matters

    Accountabilities

    • Detailed Engineering documents reviewed and validated on time
    • All technical matters related to the pipeline addressed
    • Ensure that the pipeline is constructed according to project specification
    • Ensure that all change on the pipeline design (if any) is technically justified and done in compliance with the project specification
