    Regional Operations Manager

    Job Summary:

    • The Regional Operations Manager will manage and co-ordinate all operational activities in the Regional branches daily to ensure that set targets and objectives are achieved and maintain high quality standards and customer satisfaction at all times.  

    Job Description:

    • Perform Regional operational management tasks
    • Manage and monitor branch staff
    • Maintain excellent client relations & high customer satisfaction
    • Financial management
    • Generate Management report 

    Academic Qualification and Experience Required:

    • (B.MLS: Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science OR International equivalent) and License to practice in Nigeria (MLSCN)  
    • B.Sc (Radiography/Radiological Sciences) (B.Rad) and License to practice in Nigeria by the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN)
    • Management Certificate and/or Diploma
    • Business Management Certificate and/or Diploma
    • Financial Management Certificate and/or Diploma
    • 10 Years or more total experience of which 5 years would be at a senior and/or supervisory experience within a diagnostic Centre  
    • ISO 15189 Implementation Experience
    • Handling of different Equipment in Laboratory & Radiology
    • Business Development & Marketing experience and /or certificate / diploma
