Job Summary:

• The Quality Assurance & Control Officer is responsible for providing leadership on global health matters, shaping the health research agenda, setting norms and standards, articulating evidence-based policy options, providing technical support to branches and monitoring and assessing health trends.

Job Description:

• Responsible for monitoring and updating policies and procedures to include regulatory changes.
• Develop quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues in the production of our services. 
• Focus on the services while emphasizing on the process to ensure the result meets specifications.
• Inspection of quality management
• Develop a Quality Assurance Plan, Audit Project Quality and Analyze Project Quality.
