    Marketing Officer / Executive

    Description

    • As part of our northern expansion, we are seeking a Marketing officer/Executive who understands both the language and cultural landscape of Northern Nigeria, especially Kano,and can drive grassroots engagement,institutional awareness,and regional positioning.
    • This role is about more than creating buzz- it's about shaping and local perception of IfeanHealth, building community trust, Understanding the unique health narratives of the North, and elevating our brand among hospitals,NGOs, government stakeholders and the public.
    • You will manage community campaigns,social impa cts events, influencer partnerships, and medical marketing - all anchored in deep cultural flency and strategic storytelling.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote IfeanHealth's products and services across Kano and neighboring northern states.
    • Identify and develop relationship with key stakeholders and potential partners.
    • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives.
    • Conduct regular field visits,market surveys and promotional activities.
    • Represent the brand professionally in public events, campaign and outreaches.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass communication, Public Health, or related fields
    • 1 - 3 years proven experience in marketing or sales.
    • Fluency in Hausa and English (spoken and writeen), Fulani Language is a plus- with a strong understanding of northern customs,Values and etiquettes.
    • Must be familiar with the northern culture and practices.
    • Excellent communication,negotiations and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven success in running integrated marketing campaigns (offline + digital) and working with traditional and social media.
    • Experience in healthcare marketing, NGO communications, or corporate social responsibility is a strong advantage.
    • Occasional travel would be required.

    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • We're looking for an experienced Business Development Professional with proven Business-to-Business (B2B) expertise in driving high-impact partnerships with top-tier institutions,high-net-worth individuals (HNIS), public figures and more.
    • You'll need more than charm; you must understand the complexities of B2B client engagement-from navigating organizational heirarchies and winning tust to customizing pitches that align with multilayered business mandates.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive B2B growth: Proactively identify, approach, and convert key decision-makers across industries into long-term partners.
    • Ciustomize strategy pitches: Tailor proposals and sponsorships decks to align with clientd's bisoness goals and brand repitation.

    Requirements

    You are fit if you:

    • Have 3+ years of proven success in B2B business developments sponsorships sales, or strategic partnerships.
    • Understand B2B challenges and can adjust strategy based on industry type,buyer personality,or organizational structure.
    • Are confident speaking to C-level executives and institutional stakeholders.
    • Are result-driven, persistent,and skilled closer-even when starting cold.
    • Are passionate about social impact and aligning businesses wih community service.
    • Experience working with corporate CSR teams,DFIS,philanthropic foundations,or public sector MDAS and an understanding of Nigeria's donor landscape is a plus.
