    Plumber

    Job Location: Lekki

    Job Description

    • Ensure carryout daily routine inspection on all plumbing work and fix leakages
    • Fix water leakage, W.C. Flushing issues
    • Weekly cleaning of chamber and use keng-rod to clean drainage line
    • Daily office inspection and fix if there is any defect on time
    • Monthly overhead water tank cleaning is a must
    • Monitoring of water supply to the overhead tank, endure backwashing domestic water before pump to overhead tanks.
    • Ensure carry out all type of plumbing work, repair, fixing of leakage, repair of faucet, kitchen sink tap, servicing of flushing systems.
    • Installation of water pump, pressure pump and water tanks
    • Ensure effective evacuation of sewage
    • Ensure keeping record of plumbing materials
    • Avoid misuse of gum, blade, Teflon tape and other plumbing material
    • Follow company rules and regulation
    • Follow safety procedure and attention to details.
    • Submit daily, weekly maintenance report.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of Trade Test Certificate or its equivalent
    • Previous experience as a Plumber in a well-structured organization.
    • Ability to communicate very well.

    Generator Technician

    Location: Lekki

    Job Description

    • Inspect, Repair, assess, diagnose and maintain parts of generators.
    • Carry out daily check-up on generators and submit daily report to line supervisor
    • Carry out periodic service of engine, radiator at regular interval and maintain service record of generators, Include repairing and installing automatic as well as manual switchgear
    • Maintaining generators in terms of cleaning and changing the filter and changing oil, radiator coolant.
    • Maintain record for spare parts and maintain stocks for engine oil, filters, fan belt, battery, battery terminal, hoses and coolant etc.
    • Submit daily generator usage and monitoring of fuel consumption.
    • Carry out weekly detailed inspection on all generators
    • Maintain battery and battery terminal
    • Carry out periodical washing of radiators, internal washing and flushing.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of Trade Test Certificate or its equivalent
    • Previous experience as a Generator Technician.
    • Have hands on experience on trouble shooting and encounter fault of generators 33 to 300KVA
    • Must have knowledge on electrical work on generators, like key module, charging alternator, AVR, trouble shooting of water temperature, oil pressure, and frequency.

    Driver

    Job Location: Lekki

    Job Description

    • Drive vehicle for official travel and business, or as requested by Representative.
    • Maintain high standard of service to both internal and external guests.
    • Ensure punctuality and safe transport;
    • Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
    • Alcohol must not be consumed or present whilst on duty.
    • Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times.
    • Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times.
    • Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery,
    • brakes, tyres, etc.
    • Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly by official manufacturer’s specifications.
    • Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, prepare vehicle spare parts inventory
    • Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations,
    • maintenance, expenses, mileage, at end of each month.
    • Assist the Admin Officer to ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule.
    • Assist in the purchase of new vehicles as required.
    • Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, etc; Administrative works

    • Understanding of transportation law
    • Good traffic judgment
    • Good knowledge about car mechanics
    • Knowledge of the location of international organizations, airline offices, hotels and restaurants
    • Knowledge on operation and maintenance of the office equipment
    • Excellent driving skills
    • Flexible, effective team work and interpersonal skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Good in communication in English
    • Being well-organized and systematic
    • Careful, accountable, responsible and punctual
