    Senior Geoscientist

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct detailed subsurface geological and geophysical evaluations to support field development plans and exploration activities.
    • Lead seismic data interpretation to map subsurface structures, assess reservoir quality, and identify drillable prospects.
    • Lead reservoir modeling and simulation to evaluate hydrocarbon potential, fluid properties, and reservoir behavior

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years
    • in a leadership or senior technical role in integrated field studies.
    • Professional certifications such as SPE, AAPG, or SEG membership are
    • advantageous.

    Skills Required

    • Proficiency in industry-standard software for seismic interpretation, subsurface
      mapping, and reservoir simulation (e.g., Petrel, Kingdom, GeoFrame, Eclipse).
    • Strong understanding of petrophysics, geophysical data processing, and reservoir engineering principles.
    • Experience in well planning, well log interpretation, and reserves estimation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing projects and
      mentoring junior staff.

    Geoscientist

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and update static earth and reservoir models, as essential requirements for well planning, field development activities, planning & monitoring operational activities across the company’s assets.
    • Input to geological projects and studies and integrate study results into field development models.
    • Perform model building and uncertainty modeling to ensure consistent models are fit for purpose for Well re-entry plans, well intervention plans,
    • Exploration and development drilling and is essential for Full Field Development planning.
    • Primary Liaison with Senior Reservoir engineer to ensure proper links between static model and dynamic model work as well work and drilling progress.

    Requirements:

    • BSc. and/or M.Sc. Geology, Geophysics, or Petroleum Geoscience.
    • Minimum 10 years core experience in Production Geoscience /Geomodeling / Static
    • Modelling.
    • Strong working knowledge of Petrel is required and / Or CMG/Jewel Suite

    Skills Required

    • Good Seismic Interpretation and Log Interpretation Skills.
    • Field Development Plan expertise.
    • Knowledge and Use of Production Geoscience and Property Modelling at Expert Level.
    • Structure Modelling Knowledge of Stratigraphy and Structural Architecture within the Niger delta regions and other basins at expert level.
    • Volumetrics computations and petrophysical modeling skills at Expert
