    Job Summary

    • We seek a seasoned business development professional with a proven track record in fund mobilization to lead our business development efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bank's social media presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and growing our online community.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the bank's overall marketing goals and objectives.
    • Manage Social Media Presence: Manage and maintain the bank's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Content Calendar: Plan, schedule, and publish content using a content calendar.
    • Engage with Online Community: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions.
    • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential social media risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

    Requirements
