Responsibilties
The Telemarketer will be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Promoting and explaining our financial products and services.
• Following up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
• Maintaining accurate call records and client information.
• Achieving set targets and contributing to team success.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Confidence and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience (an advantage, but not compulsory).
• Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays only.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients for company financial service offerings
• Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals and partner organizations
• Promote company products through approved marketing and business development activities
• Follow up on leads and ensure proper onboarding of clients
• Prepare and submit periodic activity and performance reports
• Work in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned objectives
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
