    Customer Service Manager

    Job Summary

    • The customer experience officer is the first point of contact. S/he is responsible for attending to customers’ enquiries and creating awareness of available products to customers through a variety of means, such as online chats, email, or phone calls.
    • S/he is responsible for attending to feedback, complaints and redirects them to the appropriate team or department or may take other steps with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
    • Answer phone calls, emails and take messages.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Responsible for logistics and ensuring that dispatched orders get delivered.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Developing feedback surveys
    • Thinking of ways to show appreciation to loyal clients
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Requirements

    • Possess a minimum of B.Sc qualification
    • 5+years’ experience in a similar role
    • Must be mature and smart
    • Must be familiar with Commercial phone systems, Customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
    • Must have great ability to multi-task.
    • Must be very fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
    • Attention to details and strong conflict management skill
    • Must have good critical thinking, problem-solving, time management and record management skills

    Procurement Manager

    Job Summary

    The Procurement Manager will lead the planning, sourcing, negotiation, and management of all procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods and services, driving cost efficiencies, and maintaining supplier relationships in line with healthcare regulations and global best practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures that align with healthcare best practices.
    • Lead the end-to-end procurement process including vendor identification, evaluation, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
    • Ensure procurement activities comply with Nigerian regulations and international healthcare procurement standards.
    • Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
    • Manage inventory levels in collaboration with store staff to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
    • Establish transparent procurement records and reporting systems for audits and accountability.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark prices and identify reliable suppliers.
    • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or patient safety.
    • Lead procurement audits and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and process improvements.
    • Train and mentor procurement staff to strengthen departmental capacity.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (CIPS, CPSM, ISM, or equivalent) preferred.
    • Minimum of 5–7 years’ progressive procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare procurement practices, vendor management, and international supply chain standards
    • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or large-scale service organizations highly desirable.
    • Proven track record in vendor negotiations, contract management, and supply chain efficiency.

    Core Competencies & Skills:

    • Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial acumen.
    • Ability to source product locally and internationally.
    • Excellent vendor management and project management skills.
    • High ethical standards and commitment to transparent procurement practices.
    • Proficiency in procurement systems, vendor software, and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Ability to build consensus and foster collaboration across departments.
