    Social Media Manager

    Job Description

    • Future Minds Development initiative, a nonprofit organisation is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate is someone who understands trends, creates engaging content, and can grow our online presence across all platforms.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
    • Create engaging content: graphics, videos, captions, and stories.
    • Grow and manage online communities.
    • Monitor analytics and optimize content for better results.
    • Run social media ads and track performance.
    • Stay updated with trends and implement new ideas.
    • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or related role.
    • Strong content creation and editing skills.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
    • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Suite, etc.).
    • Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting.
    • Creative, proactive, and trend-savvy.

    Accountant

    About the Role

    • Future Minds Development Initiative is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and self-driven Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance, and support the company’s financial operations.
    • The ideal candidate is organized, analytical and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
    • Prepare financial statements
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable
    • Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow
    • Prepare and file tax returns and statutory payments
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. Degree / HND in Accounting or related field
    • 2 - 3 years relevant experience
    • Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an advantage
    • Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Excel)
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills
    • High level of integrity, attention to detail and organizational skills
