    Supply Chain Business Analyst

    Purpose

    • Analyse and optimize supply chain processes by leveraging data insights, ensuring efficiency and overall operational performance. 
    • The role supports decision-making through data-driven reporting and process improvements, aligning with business objectives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

    Responsibilities

    • Consolidate and analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain supply chain performance dashboards and reports.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance supply chain operations.
    • Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with business objectives.
    • Facilitate S&OP meetings by consolidating data, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions to balance supply and demand.
    • Evaluate business/function performance and recommend improvements to ensure quality and efficiency.
    • Support digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain, including ERP and automation projects.
    • Provide insights on market trends, risks, and regulatory changes affecting the supply chain.

    The Person Must:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Knowledge of ERP and supply chain management software (AXAPTA).
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • HND/Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
    • Membership of any related professional body.
    • Certification in supply chain Management is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • 2-4 years hands-on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement using strong analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, ERP systems.
    • Hands-on experience in supply chain, analytics, demand forecasting, or ERP systems.

    Brand Manager-Corporate Marketing

    Purpose

    • Drive brand growth, strengthen market presence, and enhance consumer engagement by developing, executing, and optimizing brand strategies for assigned food product categories.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
    • Lead end-to-end brand planning, including positioning, messaging, and identity development.
    • Conduct market research to gather consumer insights, competitor intelligence, and category trends.
    • Initiate product innovation ideas and coordinate cross-functional teams for new product development.
    • Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Track brand performance using key metrics and recommend improvement actions.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Production to ensure brand consistency and availability across all channels.
    • Build strong agency partnerships and oversee creative and media deliverables.
    • Drive promotional activities and evaluate their impact on consumer behaviour and sales.
    • Prepare periodic brand performance reports for management decision-making.

    The Person Must:

    • Have strong brand strategy and positioning skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Strong analytical and numerical reasoning.
    • Creativity and innovation mindset.
    • Ability to manage cross-functional projects.
    • Strong consumer and market understanding.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
    • Certifications in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Project Management is an added advantage.
    • Membership in NIMN, CIM, or equivalent.

    Experience:

    • 5–7 years’ experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
    • Experience in digital marketing, product innovation, or trade marketing.
