    Principal Engineer

    Job Summary: 

    • A senior technical leader responsible for the strategic design, integration, and performance of utility systems (power, compressed air, water) across industrial, logistics, and agro-processing parks. This role bridges automation, mechatronics, and infrastructure engineering to ensure operational excellence and scalability. Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams through design, construction, and commissioning of utility systems supporting industrial operations. 


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Define and lead engineering strategy for utility systems and automation across all industrial parks
    • Develop 5-year utility infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business expansion plans
    • Drive innovation in automation, energy efficiency, and technology adoption across utility systems
    • Present capital investment proposals and ROI analyses to executive leadership
    • Conduct feasibility studies for new facilities: site evaluation, utility availability, capital requirements
    • Design electrical distribution systems: MV/LV switchgear, transformers, motor control centers, backup power, arc flash studies
    • Engineer compressed air systems: compressor sizing, distribution networks, quality standards (ISO 8573), leak detection
    • Develop industrial water systems: process water, cooling towers, steam
    • generation/distribution, condensate recovery, wastewater pre-treatment
    • Integrate mechatronic systems: PLC/SCADA platforms, automated controls, energy management systems
    • Approve technical specifications, drawings, and vendor solutions for utility infrastructure
    • Manage utility infrastructure projects >$2M through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
    • Lead multi-disciplinary teams (10-25 engineers/technicians) across mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines
    • Collaborate with PMs to align utility engineering with project timelines and budgets
    • Review and approve engineering deliverables for EPC contracts
    • Manage risk, compliance, and performance metrics across utility systems
    • Interface with OEMs, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and quality
    • Negotiate utility service agreements and manage vendor relationships
    • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and production teams for system optimization
    • Provide executive-level reporting on utility system performance and strategic initiatives
    • Establish engineering standards and design guidelines for consistent multi-site implementation

    JOB REQUIREMENT: 

    • 10+ years industrial utility systems engineering and 5+ years leading engineering teams and major capital projects
    • Proven track record commissioning utility systems for facilities
    • Direct experience with PLC/SCADA implementation and mechatronic system integration
    • Multi-site project management experience
    • International projects in emerging markets
    • Power Systems: Load flow analysis, arc flash studies, protective coordination, power quality, generator sizing, emergency power systems
    • Process Utilities: Compressed air quality and efficiency, steam system design and optimization, industrial water treatment, cooling tower design
    • Mechatronics: PLC programming and system architecture, HMI/SCADA development, VFD applications, sensor integration, predictive maintenance systems
    • Engineering Tools: AutoCAD Electrical/Plant 3D, ETAP/SKM PowerTools, Primavera P6/MS Project

    Head, Accounts and Finance

    Job Responsibilities: 

    • Leads the company’s financial accounting, reporting, and control activities and ensures they are carried out efficiently and in line with the best practice and statutory requirements
    • Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including customers, vendors, regulators, and external auditors
    • Supervises end-of-period processes and supports the analysis of the periodical business performance, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Leads the accounts departments in the preparation of periodic Management and Statutory financial reports and  also work with the external auditor to deliver Audited Financial statements
    • Leads the Accounts department in the preparation and monitoring of the business’s annual budgets and liaises with external auditors to drive ad hoc projects that will improve process efficiency.
    • Lead the department in the documentation of all financial books and records.
    • Responsible for ensuring compliance with the business’s internal corporate framework policies and finance manuals.
    • Oversee tax audit exercises and follow up with the relevant government agencies.
    • Attends regular finance forums/meetings both internally and externally in an attempt to gather useful knowledge and insights that can be applied within the accounts and finance department.

    Job Responsibilities: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or related fields.
    • 7 years’ experience in the field at minimum, preferably in the Financial Services industry
    • Internationally recognized accounting professional qualifications (ACA CPA, ACCA, CMA,)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Well–developed accounting skills and IFRS Knowledge

    Company Secretary/ Head of Legal

    Job Responsibilities: 

    • Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, including contracts, service-level agreements, and transaction documents.
    • Provide timely and practical legal advice to business units and leadership on day-to-day matters and strategic initiatives.
    • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.
    • Monitor applicable laws and regulations, ensuring the company operates in compliance.
    • Support regulatory filings, license renewals, and regulatory correspondence.
    • Assist in implementing compliance frameworks across the group.
    • Support litigation case management, liaising with external counsel, and ensuring timely updates and filings.
    • Maintain a litigation tracker and assist in monitoring ongoing cases to protect the company’s interests.
    • Monitor applicable laws and regulations, ensuring the company operates in compliance.
    • Support regulatory filings, license renewals, and regulatory correspondence.
    • Assist in implementing compliance frameworks across the group.
    • Identify and assess legal risks, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
    • Participate in risk reviews and contribute to audit processes where legal input is required.
    • Collaborate with internal departments, external counsel, and regulators to resolve legal and compliance issues.
    • Assist with responding to legal and regulatory inquiries across the group.
    • Support the development of legal staff through mentoring and oversight.
    • Contribute to building a strong legal and compliance culture across the organization.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Proven experience in a senior legal role within the financial services sector, including experience with financial holding companies and their subsidiaries.
    • 8 years post-call experience in legal within the financial services sector or related areas
    • Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, corporate governance, and legal compliance.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal counsel to senior executives
