    Front End Engineer

    Job Description

    • As a Front-End Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing a visual interface between the application and the end user.
    • You will combine the art of design with the science of programming.
    • You will be responsible for the translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code and a functional web application.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop new user facing features.
    • Write reusable code and libraries.
    • Enhance application for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Validate input before submitting to back end.
    • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
    • Bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation.

    Requirements

    Required:

    • A minimum of 3 years web application software development.

    Business Intelligence Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with C-level stakeholders, identifying and interpreting business needs and responding with business intelligence and analysis
    • Lead end-to-end project delivery and teams aimed at identifying, analyzing, developing and implemented business intelligence metrics
    • Gathering required data and performing/ data analysis to support business needs. Anticipate future and ongoing needs
    • Ad hoc business reporting and analysis as needed
    • Gain a deep understanding of the underlying department strategies and value drivers through working closely with other Heads of Department
    • Assuring the coordination and management across multiple business groups to source accurate, efficient and relevant data
    • Proactively identify business challenges and opportunities through data analysis, and work with business leaders to find strategic solution

    • Work cross-functionally with executives and high-level stakeholders to understand their problems and deliver data-driven solutions

    • Develop, measure, and report on Key Performance Indicators for major company initiatives and departments

    Requirements:

    • High degree of comfort working with C-level stakeholders;
    • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience;
    • Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
    • Proven track record of compiling data in comprehensive reports, analyzing trends and making fact-based recommendations
    • Solutions oriented with decision making and problem-solving skills
    • Expert in data and visualization tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI etc.
    • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
    • Must pass all required background check
    • Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive your own project
    • Experience building statistical models and running experiments
    • Experience performing analysis with large datasets
    • Develop support documentation and training for system users and administrators.
