    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing Manager isresponsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for Eunisell Limited in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead generation and conversion tracking through all possible channels
    • Ensuring adequate promotion of Eunisell's brand
    • Improve and increase brand visibility and awareness
    • Implement strategic marketing plasn to achieve sales targets & profitability.
    • Oversee all marketing campaigns for thecompany
    • Implement marketing strategies and collaterals to achieve the desired results
    • Promotion of Eunisell's products and services
    • Ensure the company is communicating aright to attract new customers and retain existing ones
    • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
    • Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
    • Manage and coordinate marketing team and budgets
    • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
    • Collaborate with media organizations,advertising and relevant agencies
    • Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
    • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
    • Monitor current campaigns and ensuring that deadlines are met and tasks completed
    • Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and devise new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
    • Developing marketing strategies for advertising Company's products and services
    • Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
    • Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
    • Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets
    • Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand
    • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management

    Qualification / Experience

    • B.Sc. or equivalent in related field.
    • M.Sc / MBA as well as relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
    • Practical experience working as a Marketing Manager or in a strong team
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the role.

    Sales Manager - Chemicals

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Managersareresponsible for identifying, establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with clients on behalf of the company, while maximizing sales potential with existing ones.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Generate new business leads while maintain good relationship with existing clients at all levels.
    • Provide business solutions that constantly add value to clients’ business while increasing the Company’s sales.
    • Undertake regular market research to increase the Company’s market share.
    • Prepare and attend business presentations, proposals and tenders on the company’s products and services in line with established standard.
    • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

    Minimum Educational Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Industrial Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or Biological and Physical Sciences and other Science related disciplines.

    Minimum Experience:

    • 15 years' experience in sales and business development of Chemicals, Water Treatment, Lubricants & Additives as well as Oilfield Chemicals, for various and related sectors.

    Competence/Skills required:

    • Excellent relationship management skills.
    • Self-motivated individual with High level of integrity.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
    • Ability to think ‘outside the box’.
    • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including leadership and strategic.
    • Have strong relationships with potential clients within Oil and Gas sector.
