    Head of Cybersecurity

    Our client is one of the leading technology companies in Africa. They are looking to hire a Head of Cybersecurity, The ideal candidate will lead the Cybersecurity business unit, with the objective to grow the company's Cybersecurity consulting Practice through excellent technical delivery and Solution-selling activities while building a formidable team.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead business development activities, including methodology development, proposal writing, and presentation to potential clients.
    • Drive new business opportunities to achieve targets, maintain healthy pipelines, and forecasts to required operational standards
    • Develop go-to market strategies around Cybersecurity solution areas- Endpoint protection, Network security, Identity & Access management, Data Privacy, IT Risk assessment, Cloud security etc.
    • Design and architect IT security solutions to meet and solve customer challenges.
    • Lead and ensure maintenance of SA Consulting’s excellent OEM partnership status by ensuring the company maintains the required OEM competencies/advanced specializations
    • Collaborate with Internal stakeholders including front and back-office support staff to achieve set corporate objectives
    • Provide innovation on industry specific offerings/ thought leadership development
    • Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to direct reports

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or other related fields.
    • Possession of certificates or education related to cybersecurity / Information technology.
    • Minimum 10 years of information security or cyber related consulting positions.
    • Capability to develop professional documents in the form reports, analysis, methodologies in the English language.
    • Understanding of technologies and solutions utilized in cybersecurity and networks (SIEM, Firewalls, IAM, IDS/IPS, Endpoint protection, Authentication and authorization control, Cloud security etc.).
    • Knowledge of core security concepts especially Network architecture, Risk management, Defense in depth, Zero Trust etc.
    • Deep technical expertise in deploying and managing cybersecurity solutions from at least two of the following OEMs, Microsoft, Cisco, Checkpoint, TrendMicro, Sophos, and Fortinet.
    • Previous cybersecurity consulting experience working on multiple workstreams/engagements within a Security / Advisory practice.
    • Possess equivalent security certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, CCSP, other OEM-issued.

    Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

    Our client is the distributor for the world's leading office and home fittings manufacturers in Nigeria. They have an opening for a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to be based in Lagos.

    Job Responsibilities

    Financial Strategy & Performance

    • Lead the development and execution of Group‑wide financial strategies, ensuring alignment with the Group’s direction, business goals, and long‑term sustainability.
    • Provide financial insights and decision support to the CEO and executive leadership team.
    • Drive budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial performance reviews across all business units.
    • Oversee capital planning, investment decisions, and ROI evaluations.

     

    Financial Reporting & Governance

    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
    • Strengthen financial governance, compliance frameworks, and internal control systems.
    • Coordinate external and internal audits, and ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
    • Oversee tax planning, compliance, and optimisation across the Group.

     

    Treasury, Liquidity & Working Capital

    • Manage liquidity, cashflow forecasting, treasury operations, and funding arrangements.
    • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
    • Implement cost‑efficient financing strategies and manage foreign exchange exposure where applicable.

    Risk Management & Compliance

    •  Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
    •  Lead enterprise risk management (ERM) and ensure strong compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
    • Champion financial discipline across the organisation.

    Operational & Process Excellence

    • Drive finance process optimisation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Oversee procurement, cost control, and financial efficiency programmes, ensuring value-for-money outcomes.
    • Partner with business units to improve operational execution and financial accountability.

    People Leadership

    • Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring capability building, performance excellence, and succession planning.
    • Foster a culture of financial discipline, continuous improvement, and ethical conduct across the Group

    Job Requirements & Qualification

    • Minimum of 15 years’ progressive experience in Finance,Accounting, or Corporate Financial Management.
    • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Finance, Group Financial Controller, or comparable position).
    • Proven experience in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting within a complex or multi‑business environment.
    • Strong background in treasury management, cashflow optimisation, and capital planning.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead audit, compliance, risk management, and corporate governance functions.
    • Experience working with executive leadership teams, boards, investors, or regulatory bodies.
    • Prior exposure to ERP/finance systems implementation,financial process automation, or digital finance transformation is an added advantage.
