    Head of Sales & Operations

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Leadership

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
    • Manage and expand wholesale and B2B partnerships across Abuja and nationwide.
    • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.
    • Build strong client relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate buyers.

    E-commerce & Operations

    • Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order processing, customer service, and returns management.
    • Coordinate logistics and ensure efficient last-mile delivery systems.
    • Supervise warehouse operations (stocking, inventory control, dispatch) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Implement process improvements and technology tools for seamless operations.

    Performance & Strategy

    • Establish and track performance metrics (sales KPIs, operational SLAs, customer satisfaction).
    • Analyze sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
    • Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and expansion planning.

    Leadership & Culture

    • Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to cross-functional teams.
    • Drive a high-performance culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
    • Represent the company in stakeholder engagements, trade negotiations, and strategic partnerships.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
    • 5+ years’ proven experience in FMCG sales and operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience in managing e-commerce operations and integrating technology into sales/operations.
    • Solid understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
    • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive.

    Head of Software Development

    Key Responsibilities

    Technology Leadership & Execution

    • Translate the consultant’s architecture into daily delivery and platform stability.
    • Drive execution of the product and technology roadmap across fintech, wallets, and MFB integrations.
    • Ensure platforms achieve regulatory-grade resilience, uptime, and scalability.

    Engineering & Product Delivery

    • Lead backend, frontend, mobile, and DevOps engineers locally.
    • Deliver features including wallets, QR payments, card services, microloans, and merchant dashboards.
    • Oversee integration with CBS, NIBSS, Interswitch, and card schemes (Visa, Verve, Mastercard).
    • Security, Compliance & Risk Management

    • Implement robust fraud prevention: AI-driven behavioural analytics, MFA, AML monitoring, and risk scoring.
    • Ensure resilience through API security, error handling, and DDoS protection.

    Infrastructure & Operations

    • Manage cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
    • Deliver high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
    • Maintain strong vendor/regulator relationships (cloud providers, auditors, CBN, NCC).

    Team Leadership & Collaboration

    • Recruit, mentor, and lead strong engineering and security teams locally.
    • Drive agile methodologies and DevSecOps culture.
    • Collaborate closely with the overseas consultant, ensuring architectural fidelity and safe code practices.

    • Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-availability systems with microservices architecture.
    • Hands-on experience with full technology stack listed above.

    Upholstery Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess job order and final outcome images ahead of work to raise any concerns and confirm the desired outcome.
    • Perform cutting, sewing, stapling, and fitting of upholstery materials onto furniture frames.
    • Measure and mark fabric or leather for cutting and fitting.
    • Operate upholstery equipment (e.g., staple guns, sewing machines) safely and efficiently.
    • Select appropriate materials for each furniture type based on design instructions.
    • Ensure quality control by inspecting finished pieces for alignment, wrinkles, and defects.
    • Repair or rework defective upholstery as required.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the upholstery workstation to keep fabrics pristine.
    • Assist in tracking material usage and report shortages to the supervisor.
    • Adhere strictly to safety and operational guidelines.
    • Collaborate with other production team members to meet deadlines.
