    Program Associate

    Job Purpose

    • The Program Associate will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, design, and delivery of eLimu’s learning experiences. 
    • He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, engineers, and educators, to ensure our programs are both educational and engaging for children.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and manage the overall program roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and impact goals.
    • Work closely with senior leadership to develop new learning initiatives, features and programs that are innovative and scalable.
    • Conduct research and assess market needs to inform the design of educational content and user experiences.
    • Collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and product teams to ensure learning experiences are pedagogically sound and developmentally appropriate.
    • Ensure that our programs meet local and international educational standards, addressing diverse learning styles, languages, and cultures.
    • Communicate program goals, milestones, and status updates to internal stakeholders and external partners, building strong relationships along the way.
    • Establish clear metrics for assessing the effectiveness and impact of learning experiences.
    • Conduct feedback loops with educators, parents, and children to improve and refine the product.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or instructional design within an educational or EdTech setting.
    • Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
    • Experience in managing educational projects that involve cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of best practices in digital learning platforms and tools for young learners.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and improvements.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of ambiguity and change.
    • A genuine interest in education and a passion for creating positive learning experiences for children.

    Game Developer

    Job Purpose

    • We are looking for a result driven Game Developer to join our Team.
    • Together with your team you will be crafting code that brings to life education software features. 
    • This scale comes along with very interesting engineering challenges which we are solving together, using a technology-agnostic approach.

    What you’ll learn in this role:

    • Developing, releasing and maintaining high quality code.
    • Strong engineering skills and programming fundamentals.
    • Good command of various programming languages (such as C#, JavaScript). and experience on best practices and idioms of these languages.
    • Software architecture design, OOP and design patterns principles on various scales.
    • A good understanding of Unity 3D or Construct 2 / 3.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build an amazing experience for our users who engage every day.
    • Design, implement, test and maintain our existing products.
    • Write clean, sustainable code and participate in peer code-reviews.
    • You will work in close collaboration with your fellow engineers in the team.

    Qualifications

    • University degree in Computer Science or any equivalent department
    • A good knowledge of Unity 3D and or Construct 2 or 3.
