our client a real estate firm in the Chevron (Lekki-Ajah ) axis is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to lead the sales team, come up with strategies to attract new clients and generally work with the team to help the company achieve its vision

Job Description

• Responsible for  assisting management in formulation of the sales proposition, project brief and FAQ, and costing of projects based on market feedback and information.
• Establish, promote, and maintain the company’s brand to generate business.
• Expand the independent marketers base and coordinating with them regularly for sales.
• Develop strategies and execute tactics that communicate the company’s brand message
• Train members of the sales team for every project and share project specific update with term

• Work with agents, vendors, lawyers, and members of the press to establish a high profile for the business.
• Responsible for reviewing the leading status, team performance, campaign analysis, attendance, target status, and competition status
• Responsible for executing marketing strategy in collaboration with the sales team and and non sales team

Competences and abilities

• Must posses in-depth knowledge of the real estate business
• Must have great selling skills and sound computer skills with knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and email
• Must be an excellent communicator 
• Must have 3-5 years experience 
• Must be target driven

salary

N100,000 - N  150,000  plus 5% commission

Our client a real estate company in the Chevron (Lekki-Ajah) axis will like to hire an experienced Sales / Marketing consultant to bring in more sales to the company

Job Description

• Contribute in the  implementation of marketing strategies 
• Attend/Partake in all marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness 
• Plan advertising & Promotional campaign for products and services on a variety of media (social, print,etc.)
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing materials and partake in distribution.
• Engage in marketing activities, aimed at generating new leads.
• Follow up on leads generated either through online or offline marketing activities 
• Organise and go for site inspections 
• Work with other marketing team members to plan and make marketing presentations
• Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients
• Counsel clients on market conditions and pricing
• Facilitate negotiations between buyer and the company.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

  Competences and abilities

• 2-3 years experience in real estate sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and eloquent
• Good knowledge of the local property.
• Self motivated and can work under minimal supervision.

• Salary:

  70,000-100,000 naira plus 5% comission on all sales
