Job Description

• Handling installation of refrigeration system and components, refrigerant charging and storage of food in the cold storage room by maintaining  storage parameter.
• Maintaining refrigeration equipment's and components 
• Designing and construction of cold storage facility 
• Maintaining storage parameters such as temperature and relative humidity in food processing units.
• ConductIing performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings to keep temperature comfortable in the home or office
•  Inspecting and installing HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers, water cooling towers, forced air converter units, pumps, automatic and hand valves, expansion valves and capillary tubes. 
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas and electrically operated air-conditioning equipment, 
• Making necessary adjustments or repairs; service and repair evaporative coolers. 
• Repairing or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls, including thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, damper motors, louvers, relays, filters, controls, belts, compressors, heat exchangers, high limit controls, pressure controls, safety valves, and automatic gas valves. 
• Operating a variety of hand and power tools, welder torch, vacuum pump, test equipment utilized in the trade and a motor vehicle; 
• Maintain equipment in effective and safe working condition; maintain parts and tool inventory. 
• Repairing and rebuilding semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors and compressors for centrifugal refrigeration machines. 
• Performing skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors and wiring systems as needed; connect motors to control panels. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND is required
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Knowledge of refrigeration principles, techniques and practices 
• Skilled in carrying out the methods to check the effectiveness of storage system
• Skilled in handling the control parameters and parameter range for cold storage of various types of food
• Skilled in the methods to control temperature and humidity in cold storage facility
• Basic knowledge of recording and maintaining the food stored in cold storage facility

The candidate will oversee the integration of ERP systems and manage organizational data. Responsibilities include implementing, configuring, and training users on ERP systems, as well as strategizing data management practices. This dual role aims to drive digital transformation and operational excellence by aligning systems with organizational goals, ensuring data accuracy, and promoting informed decision-making.

• Engage proactively with users from various departments to conduct in-depth analyses of their business processes, workflows, and specific requirements.
• Customize and configure the ERP software to align with the unique needs and preferences of different user groups, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to empower users to leverage the full capabilities of the ERP software in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between users and software developers, facilitating clear communication and timely resolution of any software issues or bugs.
• Lead software testing and quality assurance efforts to identify and address potential issues or discrepancies prior to deployment, ensuring a smooth and error-free implementation process.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to users on best practices for optimizing the utilization of the ERP software, including workflow optimizations, process automation, and data analysis. etc.

Qualifications

Proficiency in the following technologies and skills:

• Proven track record of successfully leading ERP projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering tangible value to the organization.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the ERP landscape, such as cloud-based solutions, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics, to drive continuous improvement and innovation in ERP strategies and initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and third-party consultants to leverage expertise, resources, and best practices for successful ERP implementations and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities within the ERP environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
