    Assistant Accountant

    Job Summary

    • The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for providing support to the Account Department by assisting the accountant in the management of all financial transactions.
    • S/he would be responsible for providing accurate quantitative information, liquidity, and cash flows of the business that would help inform the Management on financial decisions to make as a Company.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support to the Account Department.
    • Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
    • Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Process transactions, issue checks, and update ledgers, budgets, etc.
    • Prepare financial reports.
    • Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
    • Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-order, payable and receivables.
    • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
    • Any other additional task assigned.

    Key Requirements

    • OND / HND in Accounting or any related field of study.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in similar position
    • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software and strong typing skills.
    • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication.
    • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

    Compensation: N75,000 Monthly Net + Other Benefits

    Audit Associate (FMCG)

    Location: Mokwa, Niger

    Job Summary

    • Our client is looking to hire an experienced audit associate to assist our accounting team with the drafting and filing of financial audits.
    • S/he will be required to plan and direct financial audits, prepare budgets, draft financial statements, and create internal auditing systems and procedures.
    • Our ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of accounting and auditing procedures and display excellent attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Check the accuracy of the accounting system and procedures.
    • Review, assess, and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of a business unit.
    • Verify and inspect accounts receivable, payable, and general ledgers for accuracy.
    • Check, inspect and reconcile bank deposits and payments.
    • Inspect, test, and assess software and hardware systems for their failure.
    • Check all accounting and clients’ databases are updated and functioning properly.
    • Study, inspect and assess, budgets, balance sheets, and other related financial statements and records.
    • Review and recommend changes in internal audit controls.
    • Check and verify accounting books and records conform with industry practices and corporate policies.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and generally accepted auditing standards.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar position
    • Related professional certifications is an added advantage.
    • Advanced knowledge of accounting and auditing procedures.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Excellent project and time management skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive financial information.
    • Familiarity with accounting and office software.
    • Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
    • Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
    • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
    • Creative and flexible, with the ability to understand business constraints and requirements.

    Compensation: Base Pay BTW NGN180,000:00 - NGN 250,000:00 monthly net.

    Sales Executive (Water Production)

    Job Summary

    • Our client is looking to hire self-driven and result oriented sales executives to help increase the demand and footprint of the Company’s jar bottles and sachets water across its environs and beyond, while working with existing customer to help boost sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work together with truck drivers to ensure Key Accounts are managed
    • Give receipts to customers upon purchase of company product
    • Manage relationship between organization and customer
    • Retain customers and nurture those key relationship overtime
    • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirement
    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customer

    Key Requirements

    Compensation: N45,000 - N60,000 Monthly Net Pay.
