    Projects Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and effective resource utilization.
    • This role requires a minimum of 7years of practical experience in project management within the real estate and property construction industry, along with relevant educational qualifications and proficiency in office tools and relevant software.
    • Additionally, the ideal candidate should have the ability to audit materials usage by site engineers on the construction site.
    • Please note that this position has an age requirement ranging from 45 to 55 years, and possession of professional certifications like COREN, NSE, or similar is preferred.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Create and implement new purchasing strategies to achieve continued cost reductions and simplification of processes.

    Accounting Officer

    Job Description

    • Assist in preparing, examining, and analysing accounting records and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
    • Preparation of final accounts on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis.
    • Assist in computing taxes owed and prepare tax returns, PAYE, VAT, WHT, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
