Position Summary

• Dotts Media House is looking to fill the role of an Account Manager who will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing project deliverables, and building strong client-agency relationships that drive impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Understand client needs and objectives to develop strategic briefs
• Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns and projects
• Collaborate with internal teams including creative, digital, and strategy to ensure seamless execution
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
• Prepare reports, updates, and campaign summaries for clients
• Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
• Manage multiple accounts efficiently and handle fast-paced workflows
• Assist in pitching to prospective clients or upselling to existing ones

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a digital/media/creative agency
• Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and digital media trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Client-focused approach with problem-solving attitude
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools

• Dotts Media House is looking to fill the role of a Graphics Designer who will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand designs across various digital and traditional media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on client and project needs
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using digital tools or by hand
• Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to execute final designs
• Test graphics across various media formats and platforms
• Work closely with other graphic designers within the department
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually engaging and consistent with brand guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer
• A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, branding, or other visual projects
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
• A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
