Job Description

• Suggest and implement creative ideas for marketing operations.
• Create visual concept, illustration, and layout for print and digital media
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovation approach into program
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, illustration effect) CorelDraw and Microsoft office(word, PowerPoint and excel)
• Creative thinking and artistic ability attention to details and time management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, knowledge of typography layout visual hierarchy principle.
• Recommending strategies to position the brand for growth.
• Working with other creative team members to produce content
• Creating guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used
• Helping make design choices, such as fonts and colors, for all content your company will use
• Oversee design projects and creative workflows from conception to delivery.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of marketing campaigns, actively participating in product launches and promotion initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency in the look, tone, and feel across all deliverable.
• Managing marketing executive working for the brand.
• Working with advertising agencies to manage the brand’s marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on brand objectives
• Planning, developing, training and empowering existing down line human resources to take on additional and higher responsibilities.
• Carry out any other task given by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSC in relevant areas
• 5 – 10 years in similar role especially with FMCG.

Technical Competencies:

• Marketing Strategy Development, Graphic Design, Data Analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Project Management, Communication Skills

Behavioral Competencies:

• Exploring Possibilities, Meeting Timescales, Adopting Practical Approaches, Developing Expertise.

Requirements

• HND / BSc
• 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar role with an FMCG
• Experience in FMCG (especially Food and Beverages)
