    Sales Officer

    Description

    • Are you rugged enough to thrive in the resellers market? then this opportunity is for you. We are expanding aggressively across the distribution and reseller space — and we're looking for smart, relentless, and results-driven individuals to join our Sales team.
    • This role is not for the faint-hearted. It’s for those who understand the hustle of the street, the art of negotiation, and the patience to build strong reseller networks from the ground up.

    Job Purpose

    • To drive sales growth through effective reseller engagement and distribution channel expansion. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new resellers, managing existing channel partners, and ensuring consistent product availability and visibility across assigned territories.

    Key Responsibilities
    Channel Development & Expansion:

    • Identify, onboard, and activate new resellers and distributors within assigned territory.
    • Conduct market mapping to discover untapped areas for expansion.

    Sales Execution:

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Ensure timely order generation and collection of receivables from resellers.
    • Monitor distributor and reseller stock levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key resellers and channel partners.
    • Resolve customer and partner issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

    Market Intelligence & Reporting:

    • Gather and report competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
    • Provide weekly/monthly sales performance reports to management.

    Retail & Trade Visibility:

    • Work with marketing to implement point-of-sale materials, in-store activations, and visibility drives in reseller outlets.

    Compliance & Process Adherence:

    • Ensure adherence to company pricing, credit, and discount policies.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and transaction data.

    KPIs

    • Number of new resellers onboarded monthly
    • Sales target achievement (% vs plan)
    • Distributor inventory turnover
    • Customer visit and engagement frequency
    • Timely collections and credit compliance

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Must have 2–4 years in channel sales, FMCG, telecoms, or distribution-based industries.

    Skills:

    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Territory and channel management.
    • Data-driven with proficiency in MS Excel or reporting tools.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

    Warehouse Officer

    Job Description

    • Assist with monthly stock count with the internal auditor and external auditor.
    • Movement of products within the warehouse.
    • Stacking and scanning of products.
    • Ensure requested/received products internally/externally have accurate quantity, and quality are in good condition.
    • Escalate dent or damaged products in the warehouse for inventory review.
    • Product Sorting and cross-docking.
    • Out bounding for Sales.
    • Compliance with warehouse SOP
    • Ensure proper handling of products to record zero damages.
    • Pre-receiving activities such as arranging and rearranging the warehouse.
    • Alpha facility management.
    • Adherence to all HSC protocols.
    • Send activity reports daily.

    Requirements

    • Ability to Commute
    • Lagos (Required) - Ability to Relocate or Relocate before starting work.
