    Solar Engineer / Technician

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Cashier to manage daily cash transactions, support sales operations, and ensure accurate financial recording. The ideal candidate should be attentive to detail, honest, efficient, and able to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process customer purchases, payments, and refunds efficiently.
    • Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain accurate transaction records.
    • Reconcile cash, POS records, and daily sales reports at closing.
    • Maintain proper documentation for all cash inflows and outflows.
    • Support sales team with product information, pricing, and availability.
    • Handle customer inquiries courteously and escalate issues when needed.
    • Ensure cash desk is always organized, clean, and adequately stocked (receipt rolls, forms, etc.).
    • Follow all company financial controls, procedures, and audit standards.
    • Report any discrepancies, shortages, or system issues immediately.
    • Assist with basic administrative tasks when required.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Business, or related field.
    • At least 1–2 years' experience in a cashier or financial support role.
    • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (Excel, MS Office).
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with inventory or retail operations.

    • Familiarity with accounting andERP/CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks).

    Truck Driver

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a reliable, smart, and diplomatic Truck Driver to support delivery operations across designated regions.
    • The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of major commercial and access routes — particularly Alakija, Tradefair, and Abule-Oshun — along with hands-on ability to diagnose and perform basic vehicle repairs.
    • This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with clients, security personnel, and the general public.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate company trucks safely and efficiently to transport goods to assigned locations.
    • Plan delivery routes with consideration for road conditions, timelines, and security.
    • Maintain courteous and diplomatic conduct when interacting with customers, security agents, and other stakeholders.
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; identify and report mechanical issues promptly.
    • Perform first-level diagnostic checks and minor repairs to prevent delays.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, waybills, and inventory movement logs.
    • Safeguard all goods entrusted during transportation; ensure products are delivered in good condition.
    • Assist with loading and offloading where necessary.
    • Report incidents, traffic violations, or accidents immediately to the Operations Manager.
    • Maintain strict compliance with company safety policies and road regulations.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent; additional training in auto-mechanics is an advantage.
    • Valid driver’s license and proven experience driving trucks.
    • Strong familiarity with Alakija, Tradefair, Abule-Oshun, and surrounding areas.
    • Ability to perform basic mechanical diagnostics and repairs.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment on the road.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to remain diplomatic under pressure.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
    • Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Experience transporting goods within commercial markets.

    Financial Manager

    About the Role

    • Cola Solar is seeking a highly skilled Financial Supervisor to support our expanding operations.
    • The ideal candidate is smart, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining strong financial controls while ensuring accuracy across all financial activities.

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Operations:

    • Manage accounts payables and receivables efficiently.
    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations across all branches and company accounts.
    • Track, validate, and reconcile sales reports and payments.
    • Prepare financial summaries and reports for management decision-making.

    Banking & Compliance:

    • Liaise with banks for transfers, deposits, account queries, documentation, and reconciliations.
    • Interface with government agencies regarding tax, pension, statutory remittances, and compliance requirements.
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal control frameworks.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain complete and audit-ready financial records.
    • Support both internal and external audits.
    • Provide timely and accurate financial updates to the Finance Manager and Management Team.

    Requirements

    • Must be a Chartered Accountant is preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in accounting or finance roles.
    • Strong understanding of payables, receivables, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency with accounting tools/software (Zoho Books, Excel, etc.).
    • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work independently with a high sense of integrity and confidentiality.
    • Experience working with a trading or Sales companyis preferred
    • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) will be an added advantage, though not required.
