    Truck Driver

    Job Summary

    • The Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe transportation, loading, and delivery of petroleum products from depots to designated stations/customers in strict compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards.
    • This role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted supply while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely operatetrucks for the transportation of PMS, AGO, DPK, or other petroleum products.
    • Load petroleum products at depots in compliance with DPR/NMDPRA, NUPENG, and company safety procedures.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of loading, delivery notes, waybills, and product volumes.
    • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
    • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including HSE policies, speed limits, and route compliance.
    • Ensure product integrity by preventing contamination, spillage, leakage, or loss during transit.
    • Report accidents, incidents, near-misses, or mechanical faults promptly.
    • Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned tanker truck.
    • Liaise professionally with depot officials, station managers, security agencies, and company representatives.
    • Comply with all company policies, traffic laws, and regulatory requirements at all times.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND or equivalent.
    • Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence (Class E).
    • Tankers/Articulated vehicle driving experience (minimum of 3–5 years preferred).
    • Proven experience driving petroleum tankers in the oil & gas downstream sector.
    • Good knowledge of Nigerian road networks and depot operations.
    • Strong understanding of safety procedures in petroleum product handling.
    • Physically fit and medically sound.
    • Ability to read, write, and complete basic delivery documentation.
    • Membership or eligibility under NUPENG is an added advantage.

    Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving the salesof Coisco lubricant products within assigned branch. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, distributor engagement, and achieving monthly sales targets while upholding the company’s brand, values, and commercial standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sell Coisco lubricant products to retailers, workshops, fleet operators, and industrial users within the assigned territory.
    • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within Ogbaku and surrounding areas.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
    • Execute daily field visits, product presentations, and basic product education for customers.
    • Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and basic merchandising at customer locations.
    • Support credit management by ensuring timely payment follow-ups in line with company policy.
    • Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
    • Represent the company professionally and uphold Coisco’s ethical and operational standards

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND /NCE in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
    • 1–2 years’ experience as a Sales Representative
    • Must reside in Imo State, preferably Ogbaku or surrounding environs.
    • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
    • Familiarity with local markets, routes, and customer networks within the territory is an added advantage.

    Station Manager

    Role Summary

    • The Station Manager is responsible for the overall management of station operations, including sales performance, staff supervision, inventory control, safety compliance, and customer service.
    • The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and sound commercial judgment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations of the fuel station to ensure uninterrupted and efficient service delivery.
    • Manage station staff including pump attendants, supervisors, and support personnel; ensure discipline, proper scheduling, anda performance management.
    • Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispensing of petroleum products in line with standard operating procedures.
    • Monitor fuel stock levels, prevent product losses, and reconcile daily sales, cash, and inventory records.
    • Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, NMDPRA regulations, and company policies.
    • Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain high standards of customer service.
    • Liaise with depot, logistics, and head office teams to ensure timely product supply.
    • Maintain station assets, equipment, and facilities in good working condition.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
    • Ensure security of station premises, products, cash, and staff at all times.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.
    • 3 - 7 years experience in fuel station operations or retail management within the oil & gas downstream sector.
    • Strong understanding of station operations, cash management, and inventory controls.
    • Knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory requirements in the downstream oil and gas industry.
    • Proven leadership and people-management skills.
    • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
